Mason City, Iowa--- Real Estate Broker, Tim Stuart of Stuart Realty Group, Inc. located at 370 NW First Ave. Suite B Canby, OR 97013, recently graduated from World Wide College of Auctioneering (WWCA), Mason City, Iowa.
With adding the additional service of selling real estate at auction, Stuart Realty Group recognizes the increasing market trend of real property being sold through the auction method. Tim Stuart added, "The auction method with the element of the competitive bidding process is a superior way to sell real estate. We are excited about being able to present this new service to our clientele as a marketing strategy."
Stuart successfully completed the course of instruction and training covering all phases of auctioneering taught by 25 professional instructors at the college. Students received instruction in real estate at auction, as well as auto, farm, antique, livestock, and fund raising. Other subjects included vocal training, auction law, business management, marketing, as well as the development of the auction chant. During the training program students received the real life experience of calling a public auction sale.
World Wide College of Auctioneering (WWCA) has trained more than 30,000 auctioneers in it's 70 year history. WWCA has graduated more World Champion and International Champion Auctioneers than any other auction school.

Bill White holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. William has over 20 years of combined experience in real estate, insurance, and the auction industry.
Bill White specializes in real estate and benefit/charity auctions, business liquidations and auto appraisals. He has worked as an independent contractor for both Benefit Auction Services and Petersen Appraisal and Auctioneers. He is a bi-lingual auctioneer, who is a graduate of the Worldwide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. William is a proud member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Oregon Auctioneers Association.
Bill White is known for his smooth deep voice, warm smile and energetic personality. He provides the same enthusiasm communicating to both small and large groups. His most innovative seminar topics include financial literacy, understanding real estate investments and motivational speaking.
